This structure sets up its own identity on the streetscape. The project is expedient - but very, very effective.

Jury Comments: Besides a Green Merit, this building deserves an Honor Award. It is a beautifully detailed project and a fine building. The massing while making the building read as one unit -- also makes this structure feel like separate spaces -- which helps it to fit into the scale of the surrounding buildings. We love the way the elevation is different on all sides, and particularly favored the river elevation. We also liked the way the designers varied the interior materials, yet kept the space clean and handsome.

We thought the interiors were wonderful. There is a good contrast between the contemporary and traditional face of this building. We appreciated the architect's restraint as they did not overdoing the street front of the building. The signage fits perfectly.
