AIA Pittsburgh Resource Center
AIA Pittsburgh invites one and all down visit our Resource
Center located in our office at The Bruno Building, 945
Liberty Avenue, Loft Three in downtown Pittsburgh. Our Resource
Center features guides to many local architectural firms and
hands on information to help make your search for an architect
that much easier. We are open for visitors during regular
business hours from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
There is no charge for this service.
AIA Contract
Documents
The AIA Contract Documents Program, the oldest and most
comprehensive program of its kind in the world, develops standardized
contract forms and administrative procedures that provide the
building industry with a basis for nationwide uniformity for
contractual relationships in the design and construction process.

Community Design Center Pittsburgh
The CDCP
works to improve the quality of design in Pittsburgh neighborhoods
as a means of encouraging community reinvestment and citizen
involvement -- through grants and technical assistance to
community-based revitalization organizations and through broader
educational activities.
The CDCP
offers a program called the Renovation Information Network.
This program helps homeowners in the City of Pittsburgh plan
smart renovations through one-on-one consultation with design
professionals. To take advantage of this low-cost option,

Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation
Founded
in 1964, the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation
is a non-profit historic preservation group serving Allegheny
County. It is dedicated to identifying and preserving the
architectural landmarks, historic neighborhoods, and historic
designed landscapes of Allegheny County and educating people
about this regions architectural heritage and urban landscape
design history.
